About Medallion Developers, LLC
Medallion Developers, LLC is a 2nd generation new construction and remodeling company faithfully serving customers throughout Northwest Indiana for many years. Medallion Developers has been involved in all phases of building single-family homes and condominiums, doing interior and exterior remodeling work, and also working on rather unique commercial projects -- all in Jasper, Porter, LaPorte, Newton, and Lake Counties.
In 1975, Chris and Judy Beezhold started Beezhold Properties, Inc., the first family-owned construction business. Their goal was always to provide quality construction for the best value. In 1985, their son Steve received his Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University and began working in the family business. In 1995, Steve officially joined them as a partner in a newly formed development and construction company, Medallion Developers, LLC. Chris and Judy are involved in the business now on a semi-retired basis. Steve's wife Doreen manages the office and enjoys helping customers through the design/selection process.
Providing families with some of the latest home design features and details has been a Medallion specialty. Medallion is committed to excellence by continuing its tradition of quality and value.
