Three Generations of Building in Northwest Indiana:
Since 1975, Medallion Developers has been a family-owned construction and development company serving Northwest Indiana. Our story began when Chris and Judy Beezhold founded Beezhold Properties, Inc. with a commitment to quality construction and lasting value.
In 1985, their son Steve joined the family business after graduating from Purdue University. In 1995, Steve became a partner in the newly formed Medallion Developers, LLC, with his wife Doreen who works managing the office and helping customers through the design and selection process.
In 2026, Steve and Doreen's son Chris joined Medallion Developers, ushering the company into its third generation of family ownership.
For more than 50 years, our family has built homes, developed communities, and completed remodeling and commercial projects throughout Jasper, Porter, LaPorte, Newton, and Lake Counties. While our company continues to grow and evolve, our commitment remains simple: build quality, provide value, and take pride in every project we put our name on.
